OSIPP博士後期課程2年次の吉良光冬さんが、2025年9月13日に弘前大学で開催された 日本経済学会 2025年度秋季大会 においてポスター報告を行いました。

＜報告論文＞
Title: ”The effect of quota for persons with disabilities”
Author: 吉良光冬さん 
Abstract: Promoting employment opportunities for persons with disabilities is an essential policy for social inclusion. Exploiting discontinuous increases in quotas based on firm size, this paper examines the effect of the disability employment quota-based regulation system. The results show that quotas increase the number of workers with disabilities. Each additional worker in the quota requirement increases 0.7 additional persons with disabilities employed. Furthermore, even in areas with low job opening rates, quotas promote disability employment. These findings contribute to discussions about policy directions for advancing disability employment in the future.
